We are a team of strategic meeting professionals with extensive experience in the events industry. We are committed to bringing high quality live and virtual events in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for SCPMG and other Kaiser Permanente entities. As an internal department, we understand the culture of Kaiser Permanente and are ready to partner with you to deliver all your event and meeting needs.
What We Do
We plan successful meetings and events utilizing a variety of venues, including hotels, convention centers, and specialty venues. We can also produce virtual and hybrid events to meet your needs.
Event Planning and Project Management
We collaborate with our internal partners to strategically plan an event starting with understanding your goals and objectives. Together, we determine date options, size and scope of the event, potential locations and venues. We use our expertise, industry relationships, and extensive experience to manage planning and logistics.
